On Saturday next on Cass Square a benefit football match will be held in aid of an injured player, befween teams representing Hokitika Fire Brigade and one selected from Trades. Tickets are on sale'for this worthy object and should find a ready sale at Is.
The following will represent the Fire Brigade:—Butland, Steel, Boss 8., Thompson. Nightingale, Boss W., Davidson, Thompson W;, Davidson H., Williams. Cittbush, Preston C., Preston H.. Davidson S., Thompson H. Emerge Mclntosh.
Trades:—Hughes W., Stevenson, Martvn, It. King, McDonald 8., Webster, O’Brien, Gillooly, Eager, J. McDonald, Barron, It. Gugich, Dawson, Evans and Hopkins. Emerg: Palmer and Keller.
