The report of the League Economic Commission was adopted unanimously to-day by the League Assembly at Geneva. The report proposed that before the end of this year, the Governments should not.fy Sir Eric Drummond (Secretary-General of the League; if they are willing to participate in ail International Economic Conference, to abolish or reduce all hindrances to international trade, such Conference to bo held before the end of January 1930.
