LONDON, Sept. 23
Sir Archibald Weigall, as chairman, and other directors of the Associated Automatic -Machine Cov., have issued a statement announcing the receipt of a preliminary report from accountants appointed to investigate ■the. Coy’s position. .It is admitted that recent events have, seriously affected the Company hut the remaining assets are sufficient to cover preference capital. The. directors are of the opinion that there is nothing to prevent continuance of trading, but further investigations are necessary and these will require considerable time. ' ' , ‘ - i '
