Also started: Limerick 9.0, Aussie 9.0, Amounts 9.0, Gathmar 7.12. Mollison was the first away, then Aussie made the pace a cracker to the half mile, loading by more than a length. At the straight Mollison and Winalot were almost up to Aqssie, who was displaced at the distance. Winalot scored by three-quarters of a length, with Niehtmarch half a. length behind Mollison. Aussie was fourth. Time Limerick was last all the way, and pulled up lame. A veterinary surgeon’s examination disclosed that the trouble was a suspensory ligament off the foreleg.
