Mr Hagen has often ; arrived ,at the tee late for a - match, but when he appears on Australian links it will be just a year later than he originally intended. Hagen let dt be known in 1928 that he water going to the Antipodes, but the venture was abandoned, lie in fact had intended to make the trip three years ago, hut now the champion,, who is touring the country, announces he will without fail display his golfing wares in Australia after he has participated in the professional’s championship, in California. Kirkwood will be playing as liis partner.
