The Commission of Inquiry into the ellaged mutilation of Jews in the Hebron massacres reported that the Moslem ancl Jewish medical men disagreed regarding the injuries of the Tlrst body exhumed. Three other bodies exhumed showed no signs of mutilation. The remain.ng sixteen bodies exhumed were too doeompocsd to establish mutilation or otherwise. The Jews therefore, requested that the exhumations should cease.
