The “Daily Telegraph’s’’ diplomatic correspondent hints that the Government will shortly agree to support Irak’s application for admission to the League of Nations, of whioh the late Government did not,approve. This will lead'to the automatic lapse of the British mandate over Irak, which, conceivably, will be followed by an AngloIrak finance and defence agreement. ' JERUSALEM, Sept. 19. Ibn Saud, the King 'of -Hedjaz, has left his capital, Riadh, with twenty to thirty thousand of his best fighters, to proceed against hostile tribes. News of his clash with them is eagerly awaited throughout Arabia.
