GENEVA DECISION. GENEVA, September 18. The Third Committee decided to postpone fill 1930 consideration of the draft convention for financial assistance to States menaced by aggression. They passed a resolution that such a conven 7 tion is closely bound up with the problems of the definition of “ aggressor,” prevention of war- and of armaments.
