BOUGHT BAGK BY SOLDIER. MANILA, August 3

The first serious case of white slave traffic in the Philippines was uncovered by the constabulary yesterday, when a girl fifteen years of age was reported sold at Angeles, Panipanga, for 23 pesos.

The case was reported by a soldier who, to assist her in obtaining her freedom, bought her out of bondage for 60 peses and brought her to constabulary headquarters in Manila. The insular officials are investigting the ease.
