TROTTING RACES.

CHRISTCHURCH, • Sept. 13,

In future Trotting Clubs must state the classes of all races, except classic events, before submitting then piogrammes to the New Zealand Trotting Association for approval. A motion to that effect was passed at the meeting of the Board of the Association this morning. RINGING-IN CASE. CHRISTCHURCH, September 12.

The Trotting Board to-day discussed the recent ringing-in case and disqualified the horse Bruce for life and the three men concerned, L. Holland, S. Bates, and W. lverr, also for life.
