• \ SYDNEY WO'OL SALES. SYDNEY, Sept; I<£§ At to-day’s wool sales, 10.460 bale's were sold. There was sustained comptetiUon, with better support frjfii Germany and Bradford. Values were unchanged. Faulty lines were, still difficult to sell. Greasy merino made, nineteen pence per lb. TOTAItA FLAT SALE YARDS’. Messrs McMahon and Lee report having held a sale of dairy cows and heifers at the above yards on the 6feh. inst. This sale was probably one of the largest sales of dairy stock ever held on the West Coast and attracted* a very large attendance of dairy. farmers from all parts of the West CoatfS The stock reached the yards iii. verf good condition and anything of quhp-/' ity, breeding and close to profit elicited very keen competition.
