Tnss Agency alleges trains of prisoners are arriving daily at IT rbin from stations on the Chinese eastern railway. The doors are closed throughout the trip despite the prisoners appeals and they are given very little water. Thousands of children, in a desperate plight, are forced to accompany' their parents or remain without food and shelter. Thousands of workers' homes along the route are pillaged by Chineswho evidently are attempting a total annihilation of the Soviet colony.
