BOMB IN REICHSTAG. United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) BERLIN, Sept. 1. Minor damage was caused in the Reichstag by a bomb which was a crude clockwork affair. A paper bearing the Fascist sign with the words “Wake up Germany’' was found. MOTOR CYCLING. BRITAIN WINS INTERNATIONAL RACE. BERLIN, September 1. The British team won the international 6 days motor cycle race traversing the worst inclines in Europe. The British team was the only one to finish. Others crashed at the hairpin bends. SUGGESTED LABOUR CONFERENCE. (Received this day at 5.30. a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 2. In a presidential address to the Trade Union Council at Belfast, Mr Ben Tillett suggested holding periodical inter-Dominion conferences of organised Labour throughout the Empire, either concurrently with the official Imperial Conference or independently. Such conferences would consolidate organised labour throughout the British commonwealth.
