Well-informed circles at Downing St. confirm the Washington reports of the progress of the naval discussions about which General Dawes further conferred with Premier MacDonald today. It is learned that an agreement is likely to he announced within the next ten da vs, after which the other Euiopenn Naval Powers will be consulted. 1 There will perhaps he important develomnents at Geneva.
