ZEPPELIN’S PROGRESS. WASHINGTON, August 28. A Kansas City message states that when the Graf Zeppelin passed there, she. tvas making about seventy-five miles an hour, making up for the tinj« lost yesterday. At one point she was seen shaking-like-a. ship.in a rough sea and-barely moving into the head winds. Now,..however,, with .tail winds, she is increasing her .speed. (Participants in the Cleveland Aircraft exhibition are hoping the dirigible will pass there. Lakehurst is prepared to receive it late to-night. VANCOUVER, August 28.
tLakehurst naval radio station picked up. a message Ifrom .Eekener reporting that, the--zeppelin would reach Lakehurst early on Thursday.
