When the. Federal. Government has completely withdrawn from industrial arbitration, the State Cabinet will take action in the coal dispute. xx. Council, representative of employers. and employees, will probably be set up to adjudicate bn the mining trouble and in the event of no settlement, the Government will take , action to ensure the carrying., on of -the. industry.
