A DERELICT
ABANDONED STEAMER TOWED TO PORT. ,United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.; (Received this day at 9.25 a.ih.) CAPETOWN,, August 20. .The steamer King Oadwallon which w ; as abandoned with the cargo of ooal afire, on route from Durban to Australia, was towed to East' London to-dry. The derelict was sighted by several steamers and in consequence of the report, a whaler tug picked up the vessel twenty miles out. The cargo was burning in the interior but the bulkheads held. The engines arc under water and appear intact.
