jManchuli reports the arrival of two addition f Soviet, divisions ' Veinforced bv cavalry, and labour corps.
A das.airdly Soviet’ plot at Harbin to-day was officially announced. A gang of Reds' plotted to blow up the imp britlpio spanning the Sungari river and destroy the shipyard. The arrest of the plotters led to the disc 'very of a huge cache of arms, machine guns and bombs.
