SYDNEY, Aug. 15.

A propoasl to establish large woollen mills at Brutlien, in Victoria, is receiving the attention of a Bradford Delegation, whih has inspected the Snowy -River in Gippsland as a possible source of hydro-electric power. If the Victorian Government gives permission do harness this stream, at least thirty thousand would receive employment, and the delegation claims that the mills proposed could deal with eve 17 bale of wool produced in Australia.
