EDUCATION BOARD
ALLEGATION AGAINST MINISTER.
NAPIER, August 16.
Allegations were made at a meeting of the Education Board that a Minister of the Crown had been ‘ ‘ got at ” with the object of authorising a new school at Kei Kei, East Coast, afftei the proposal had been turned down by inspectors and the Director of Education. •
The Board decided to protest against the erection, as it would interfere with the school at Waipiro Bay.
