' CTO SELL FRUIT AND " ‘ VEGETABLES. • United Press Association— By Electric 'l elegraph—Copyriglit). NEW YORK, August 11. Trie oi-ganisaliori of a fifty million dollar Marketing Association ot the fruit and vegetable growers of America is announced, and the Associative obtained a darter in Delaware State yesterday. T'iie neiv organisation will provide both a national and an international sales service for the joint use of the farm Co-operative Associations and the growers throughout the country. Mr Arthur Rule is the Chairman. He has announced that some fifty Co-operative Associations will be included, and the new Association expects to do the business of fifty thousand cars for the first ycai. According to Mr Rule, tile .new organisation is the outcome of the federal Farm Board’s marketing programme, and its purpose is to strengthen and build up the local organisations by offering them a. moio complete marketing service, adequate .credits and other advantages.
