Withers, whose first round was 18, and their total 157. The Kirk- >. iudeyer Cup contest commences to-morrow ‘at the Metropolitan Links. The Victorian team is considered formidable. It comprises: A. Russell, A. Hancock, F. Blute and M Ryan. Unfortunately Whitton is HI. The Australian press applaud Morpeth’s victory and especially in leaving the cup attached to the Championship at the Commonwealth Links.
