NEW REGULATIONS TO BE ' ' CONSIDERED. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 8. The Mayor has; received advice that a. conference of all City Five . Brigade Superintendents will be held in Christchurch to-morrow to inspect the results of the petrol fire in Carlyle Street, ■ and to consider if alterations are necessary to the storage of dangerous goods regulations.
