Vr SYDNEY, August 2. . .‘ Mr Sutherland, of the Federated Engine Drivers’ Union, in a statement, charged the mine leaders with refusing to move for a settlement of the coal dispute because of fear of facing the victimisation issue that might arise when a settlement came.
