CANADIAN WHEAT POOL.

A Winnipeg message states Mr Ramsay has announced the distribution of nearly forty million dollars, as a second interim payment on wheat and coarse grains By Canadian wheat pools. Last year the pools adopted a new policy of adjusting all spreads and making all deductions for the elevator, commercial reserve and carrying charges, etc., Ifrom the. second interim payment and this was the course followed this year.
.Mr Ramsay also announced an interim payment; amounting to over two and half million dollars was being distributed by the coarse grains pool in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
