A BALKAN EPISODE. INHUMANITY OF OFFICERS. LONDON, July 29. The Daily Telegraph Budapest correspondent states that the entire company of a Jugoslav regiment, garrisoning Suboegoa, deserted to Hungary with rifles and machines guns and men. Bosnians say the desertion was due to tho inhumanity of the officers.
