The “Times” correspondent at Budapest states in connection with the Soviet’s worldwide plans to provoke Communist disturbances on Ist August the police arrested a gang of Communists, the leader of whom arrived here recently with money from Aloscow, established a printing press and secretly distributed inflammatory pamphlets, the last whereof urged workers to betake the streets on Ist August. Its passage was expedited in order to facilitate preventive measures against Communist disorders on August Ist. Many Communists leaders were arrested and deported to the islands. A police manifesto urged workers not to participate in the demonstrations, adding that severe measures were being taken to suppress disorders.'
