TROUBLE AMONG HEADS

Recent changes in the personnel of the administrative head of the Boy Scout Movement in Christchurch have caused great dissatisfaction among scoutmasters. Tlntee district scoutmasters have been relieved of commissions. To-night a special meeting of the Scouters’ Association, an organisation to which all scoutmasters belong, will be held to consider whether or not all should resign. It is understood that for some time there has not l>ee,n ' support or cooperation between the district officials and the Dominion secretary. , ;
