A visitor, believed to be a distinguished wealthy was playing with phenomenal luck, when suddenly a spectator, *a‘'young Roumanian aristocrat, drew fg stiletto and drove it through the player’s sleeve,, pinning his arm to table. During the ensuing uproar, it was found that the stiletto had pierced an ace and several other cards hidden up the sleeve of the cheat, who then disappeared. He has .-ince been identified as a Greek card sharper.
