RESTORED AT* LOUVAIN. (United Press Association. —By Electri Telegraph—Copyright.) BRUSSELS, July 19. The Library at Louvain University which was destroyed in war time, has been re-opened. The new books include six hundred and fi'ftv thousand volumes which have been contributed by various nations. Germany contributing three hundred thousand, Britain fifty-five thousand; and France thirtythree thousand.
