Mr Coolidge, writing in a current American magazine, intimates that the intimidation of Congress by a minority organisation, with power and influence is gradually forcing the President of the United States to a virtual dicta-
torship fearful of tlio displeasure of highly organised minority groups. Members of Congress refuse to stand even on the platform of their own party, and the responsibility of the Government devolves wholly upon the President.
