BAN ON SUBMARINES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 15. Mr A. V. Alexander, First Lord of the Admiralty, referred in a speech at Sheffield to the recent submarine disaster. •He said that he hoped that in future there would he an international agreement to ban submarines as weapons of warfare.
