Holland, Ai.P., that wholesalers were pushing retailers at Westport lor payment of their accounts. It was stated that no evidence could he ifound in support of the statements. It was decided that ATr Holland should he asked to substantiate bis allegations or withdraw them. ft- -was generally considered that retailers on the West Coast had been generously, treated. .
