The afternoon was voted to a discussion on pensions, as the result of Mr VeitchV presentation of the report of the Pensions Department. The Minister indicated that . the whole system of pensions would bo reviewed. The debate on the Address-in-Reply w’as continued by Messrs Broadfoot, Nash and McPherson. The House rose at 1.3 a.m. ' -
