POLITICAL. LONDON, July 12. The “Times” political correspondent states the House of Lords will he given an opportunity of considering whether in view of the changed circumstances of present day politics, the time has not come when Ministers should be entitled to speak in both Houses of Parliament. There will be a debate on the subject on 18th July.
