The Ross Borough Council at its last meeting approved of the opening of an Earthquae Relief Fund, a list to he kept at the Town Clerk’s Office and the Town Clerk to act as Treasurer. All amounts roooived will he acknowledged through the columns of the" “Guardian.” The following amounts have been received to date.
