There is widespread ap. proval at Mr -Sidehnra’s appointment as Foreign Minister, which promises an improvement in Chinese relations. Business circles particularly welcome the new Finance Minister, Mr Junnosuke liionye, as ensuring fiancial stability. The Justice Minister is Mr Watanabe; Minister of Education, Mr Kohashi; Minister of Commerce, Mr Tawara; Minister of Communications, Mr Koizumi; Minister of Railways Mr Egi; and the Minister of the Dominions, Mr Matsuda.
