x TOKYO, July. 1. Tanaka’s Cabinet met to-day and decided to formally resign en bloc. It is forecasted that Hamaguchi, leader of the Minsecto will be Premier, and Baron Shidchara, Foreign Minister.
THE PRINSEP CASE.

With regard to the Prinsep case. Justice Hill has decided that £23,000 should be paid to Prinsep, who is to pay all costs, The rest* of the mother’s money, amounting to- £40,000, would be re-settled to Prinsep’s benefit.. # - - - "II
