It is officially announced from. Nanking that a Si no-British naval agreement lias been signed, providing for the training of Chinese naval cadets in England, the employment of a British inaval, mission to assist in
the development of the Chinese Navy. China contemplates the creation of a substantial navy and is constructing some Vessels in Britain.
