Followed on, seconding innings 192, Allon taking 4 for .7(5, Hearne 4 for 60. Marylebone won by an innings and ten runs. Oxford ■ first innings 213, Penfold taking 4 for 62. Second innings 135, Pen fold taking 4 for 36. Surrey first innings 304 (Peacocks 76, Fender 74, Ducat 134). Surrey won by an innings and 47 runs.
