A big battle on a seventy-five mile front, from Jagdalak to Gliardez, is imminent to decide the fate of the Afghan Throne. Baechaisskan’s peace offer to Nadir has been refused, and Bacelis now states lie will not rest until the Nadir is crushed. The Nadir claims the capture of famous Argon Fort, a great strategical position, 50 miles from Kabul. Trines are giving Baachs strong suport and he is anxious for the reopening of the British Legation at Kabul.
