Canton armoury, the third Kwangtung military division was blown up, following an outbreak of fire. A. bomb and shell ammunition explosion lasting two hours caused a panic in the city. The casualties are undetermined, but are believed to be heavy, mostly soldiers, and a few pedestrians. Firemen were struck by missiles. -Incendiarism was first suspected, but it is now replaced by a belief that the affair was accidental.
