Whakatua Hurdles.—(s) Atareia 1, (3) Absiogne 2, (7) Jen 3. Scr. — Callunate. AVon by four lengths; two lengths. Time 3.24 i 2-5. Kidnappers Flat.—(l) Shortly 1, (4) Bold Front 2, (3) Balloon 3. All started. Won by two lengths; half a length. ’Time 1.26 1-5. Hawkles Bay Steeples: —(7) Royal Elm 1, (4) Young Thurnham 2, (5) Matu 3. All started. Won by a head.
