SUPREME COURT.

OREYMOOTH, June 19. A case of disputed partnership, in which James Kerr claimed half rights in. a coal-carrying business from Janies Park, Ins brother-in-law, was heard at the Greymouth sessions of the Supreme Court yesterday. His Honour stated that there was no prima facie case in respect to a partnership, and pointed out that there was nothing to show who accepted the liabilities of the business. Plaintiff would be non-suited, and defendant would he allowed costs on the lower scale and witness’s expenses.
