In consequence of drenching rain which began yesterday morning and still continues, it was found necessary to postpone tlie opening day of the South Canterbury Jbckey Club’s winter meeting till to-morrow. HUNT CUR RACE. LONDON, June 19. The Hunt Cup resulted.— Songe 1, Caballero 2, Guards Parade 3. Twentynine started. Won by half a head.
