SUPREME COURT.

GREYMOUTH, June 19

At the Supreme’Court yesterday, the civil action in which John Drake, contractor of Greymouth, claimed £433 11s fid against Bahav Saratv, of Greymouth, for alleged wrongful breach of contract, was concluded before His Honour -Mr Justice Adams. Mr W. McCarthy appeared for plaintiff and Mr J. A. Murdoch with him Mr J. Park, acted for defendant. Plaintiff was non-suited with counsels’ fee and costs amounting to £63 11s plus disbursements and witnesses’ expenses allowed against him.. In bankruptcy, Alexander McDonald and Hzreal Rose were, granted discharges. The breach of promise action, Alovsius Johnston (Mr Murdoch) v. John I Which-, wfis settled, Mr Murdoch stating the parties had come to an agreenfent.
