From West Coast Rugby Union in reference to Ryan’s case, stating the protest had been dismissed.—Received From same accepting a junior representative game at Greymouth on July 6 and a return game at Hokitika an July 17; also i } senior B game at Greymouth on July 6th. and a return game at Hokitika on July 27th.—Received and dates approved as satisfactory.

Mr Stafford moved that the' Ivokntnhi Club he censured for playing P. T Ryan at Ross on April 27th, and giving a warning against a similar action.—Seconded by Air Breeze and carried. From W. OBrien, application for reinstatement as juniof.—Received and request granted. From Ross Club asking permission to hold a seven-a-side at Ross—Received and request acceded' to, all pos sible support to be given. From same, in reference to referees for coming matches.—Received, and to he sent on to Referees’ Association. MATCHES FOR SATURDAY. SENIORS. Kiwi v. Magpies at Hokitika, 2.15 p.m. (Mr I). Williamson). JUNIORS. Kiwi v. Ross at Ross, 3 p.m. (Mr Cutbush). Kokatahi v. Excelsiors n.t Hokitika, 2.45 p.m., (Mr E. Best). THIRD GRADE. Riniu v. School at Hokitika at 1.39 p.m. From D. Williamson, reporting a Arahura player for had language, and from H. McManaway, another Arnliura player for striking.—Received. The offenders. E. Lewis and P. Muir, to be cautioned. The treasurer’s report was read and received. Mr Stafford moved that in the event of the Third Grade Competition falling through any member of the school team he allowed to select any club they desire, on making application to the secretary of the l nion before playing.—Seconded by Mr 5\ illiamson, and carried.
