TO STRIKE SOLICITOR OFF ROLL

CHRLSTpIIURCH, June 14. Judge Adams' to-dav made an order nisi calling on John Black Batchelor, solicitor, to show the cause within fourteen days, why he should not be struck off the roll. The order was made on the application of the Canterbury Law Society. If cause is not shown, the case will bo removed to the Court of Appeal, where the New Zealand Society will apply to have the order made absolute.
