Following the death of a third citiz en shot by a prohibition agent under a misapprehension of being a rum-run-ner, tne whole question of the use of lire arms was thrown into the House of Representatives, resulting in a bitter debate in which- various members demanded the total disarmament of agents and other hotly defended tlieii actions.
