NOTICES OF .MOTION. 1. The Chainmvn to move :—“Thai;the accounts presented for the month of May. 1029, as revised and recommended if'or payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ , he passed for payment.” 2. The Chairman to move :—“ That all existing Committees be discharged and the Council proceed to appoint Committees as follows: (a) Finance Committee: Crs. Wells (Chairman), Cliesterman, Houston, Jeffries. (b) Public Works Committee: Crs. Murdoch ’(Chairman), Donovan, Keenan, Searle. <c) Councillors to sign cheques; The Chairman, Crs Cliesterman, Houston, Jeffries, Murdoch, and Wells. A. Cr iWelbl to move :—“That Overseer Millner report as to proposals and estimated cost (including necessary plant) for tar-sealing Kokatahi-Koiterangi main highway in sections of one mile (more or less) as a means of reducing maintenance costs and giving settlers road conveniences in keeping with , the standard enjoyed in other parts of the Dominion.” 4. Cr Donovan to move:—“ That the Wataroa-Wnitangi track be repaired, cost not to exceed £10.”
